Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once access, download, or delivery has been granted.
Digital Products
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible, it is considered used and is therefore non-refundable, except where required by law.
Assessments and Services
If an assessment or service has not yet been delivered or started, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion. Once work has started or access has been granted, refunds may not be available.
